RACHEL A. SAUNDERS has an active litigation and advisory practice which is dedicated to addressing the legal needs of families in the Bay Area. The appeal of a family-focused practice for Rachel is the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the lives of real people. The goal of Rachel's practice is to provide a diverse set of legal services that can help a family as it grows and their needs change.
Getting help with legal problems is important and therefore Rachel also believes that it should be financially accessible for the Bay Area families. Rachel works with her clients to find ways to be smart about financial resources when it comes to litigation and representation. She helps client's prioritize their goals and focus strategically on the most important aspects of the case.
